Dr. Mr. José Vicente Rubio Eire, before practising as a lawyer, has served for several years as a Surrogate Prosecutor and Magistrate at Courts in the provinces of Cadiz and Malaga (Spain). During this period D. José Vicente Rubio Eire obtained his Ph.D. in Public Law from the University of Zaragoza. Since 2003 he took part as a founding partner of Law Firm "Rubio & De Felipe", from which he separated to form the current firm. Today he has the dual licensing in Spain and Italy. Fluency in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Ms. Cristina Mena Crespo, graduated in Law by from Cadiz Law Faculty. Incorporated at the Bar Association of Cadiz, she has extensive experience in criminal, commercial and civil law. She has been integrated into the current firm having previously been part of the Firm Rubio & De Felipe, where he exercited as a lawyer over the past four years. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Dr. Mr. Giancarlo Liberati, Law and Doctorate degree from Law Faculty of Reggio Calabria. He has directed several companies in Italy, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Algeria and Libya. He is founding partner of the Italian Law Firm "Liberati and Partners". He has a broad experience and expertise in Administrative Law, Business Law, Criminal Law and likewise, has extensive knowledge in International Trade Law. He acts as a Lawyer in Spain and Italy.
